Restorative Circles to Address Racism
As Burnaby becomes even more diverse, our workplaces need new tools and resources to promote inclusion and belonging. A recent survey from Harvard Business Review found that traditional approaches to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) are not delivering the expected results. There is a disconnect between how HR practitioners view the effectiveness of these approaches and the employees' experience.
Restorative Practices are based on core values of building trust and relationships and have proved effective in nurturing a sense of belonging.
