Program Description:

  • interpretation or written translation provided in over 60 different languages and dialects for patients, clients, or residents across our communities
  • sign language interpreters available for deaf, deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing persons and are provided through a provincial program

Registration Information

  • to access this service, patient needs to inform the healthcare provider when he / she schedules an appointment that requires the use of language services
  • for unexpected and unscheduled visits, patient can request the service from a staff member on the care team
