Program Description:
211 is a 24 / 7 multilingual telephone line that provides free information about and referral to social, community and government services in the Lower Mainland. By simply dialling 211, anyone in the Lower Mainland can talk to a live agent who will help them find the program, service or resource that best suits their situation.
211 also runs the Shelter and Street Help Line project (is the same telephone number: 211), which assists callers to find available shelter beds and other services.
211 and the Street and Shelter Help Line are free and confidential.
