Volunteer Language Bank
Community members and organizations can request the services of an interpreter to help with access to programs and services. There are over 14 languages available to assist.
Requests should be made 3 to 4 days before interpretation is needed in order to find a volunteer interpreter available.
Client Profile / Eligibility Criteria
Anyone in the Tri-Cities is welcome to make requests.
- Requests cannot be made for situations that are medical, legal, or business in nature.
Requests can be made by email, phone or fax. Please allow 3-4 days for the request to be filled.
